I earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Spanish and a Master of Science in Education at Mercy College, in New York City. I am employed as a Spanish Language Teacher and Foreign Language Coordinator at Ridgewood IS 93. As part of my responsibilities I created a Foreign Language Handbook; it is used as a resource by Foreign Language Teachers. I am a cooperating teacher for Foreign Language Student Teachers at Queens College.
I have been a presenter for the New York State Association of Foreign Language Teachers (NYSAFLT). I was a member, and presenter for, the Region Four Cadre of Foreign Language Instructors. I was named Educator of the Week by Univision 41 in 2006.
